Remote Real Estate Analyst

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Remote Real Estate Analyst to join their fully remote team. This role is crucial for informing strategic decisions by providing in-depth market insights, financial modeling, and data analysis for properties primarily in the Tembisa region. You will work independently, collaborating virtually with investment teams and stakeholders to identify opportunities and assess risks within the real estate market.

• Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations summarizing findings and recommendations for senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) as a Real Estate Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
