This is a full-time hybrid role for an experienced Commercial Real Estate Broker/Salesperson at First Street, Inc. The Commercial Real Estate Agent will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks related to commercial real estate, including sales, prospecting, offer & contract negotiations and managing real estate transactions. This role is primarily located in Belvedere/Tiburon, CA, with the flexibility for some remote work.

• Experience in brokerage and real estate sales
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
• Attention to detail and analytical skills
• Broad knowledge of various real estate markets
• Proficiency in excel
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance or related field is preferred
• High proficiency in marketing & social media
