DCAS is seeking a detail-oriented Commercial Real Estate Appraiser in New York City to value diverse real property assets including large residential, commercial, and industrial properties. You will prepare USPAP-compliant appraisal reports, conduct market research, and collaborate with architects, brokers, and city agencies.
Under general supervision, you will analyze data, justify adjustments, and perform supervisory tasks as needed.
