Property Manager

Please note that if you do not have the relevant experience required for the role, your application will not be considered. We are currently recruiting for a Property Manager for our Estate Agency client based in South Woodford . The ideal candidate must have 1 year's property management experience with a full understanding of all current legislation, OR a strong admin background with a keen interest in Property Management Candidates must be a UK Resident and ideally live within a 30-minute commute of the area.

This role will not include property inspections so you will not need a driving licence or car. Salary and benefits package for the role of Property Manager:
Basic £30,000 - £32,000 DOE Monday to Friday 8.45 am to 5pm, 1 in 3 Saturdays working from home covering phone line Great working environment Excellent training and development Great career progression Parking locally No driving licence required Responsibilities for the role of Property Manager:
Assist in overall property management duties Registering applicants Booking viewings Discussing property details Arrange maintenance quotes and repairs Checking on rent payments Negotiating tenancy renewals Book end of tenancy checkouts Key Skills for the role of Property Manager:
Must have previous 1 year's  Property Management experience OR strong admin background with a keen interest in Property Management Be up to date with all current legislation (if experienced) Local knowledge Excellent IT skills Excellent communication skills Work well in a team dealing with any issues efficiently Positive attitude Impeccable customer service skills Good time management and excellent organisational skills Able to work to deadlines Additional Company Information:
