Our client is searching for a highly organized and proactive Remote Property Developer Coordinator to support their development projects across various locations, including Paarl . In this fully remote role, you will be instrumental in coordinating project timelines, managing documentation, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring the smooth execution of property development initiatives. You will work closely with project managers, architects, contractors, and legal teams, facilitating seamless communication and operational efficiency in a virtual setting.
This position offers a unique opportunity to be involved in exciting property development ventures from conception to completion, without geographical constraints.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones, and deliverables for property development projects.
- Manage and organize project documentation, including plans, permits, contracts, and reports.
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
- Track project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and assist in developing mitigation strategies.
- Support the preparation of project status updates and financial reports for management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in property development coordination or project management support.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities for effective remote collaboration.
