Real Estate Property Valuer

Our client, a reputable property services firm in Bloemfontein , is looking for a qualified Real Estate Property Valuer to join their team. This role involves conducting accurate and comprehensive property valuations for a variety of purposes, including sales, mortgage lending, and investment analysis, across the Free State province. You will be responsible for inspecting properties, analyzing market data, and preparing detailed valuation reports.

The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, a meticulous approach to detail, and a thorough understanding of property valuation methodologies and the Bloemfontein market.

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential, commercial, and industrial properties.
• Research and analyze comparable sales data, market trends, and economic factors affecting property values in the Bloemfontein area.
• Prepare detailed and accurate property valuation reports adhering to industry standards.
• Consult with clients, financial institutions, and legal professionals regarding property valuations.
