The Realtor Associate is a full-time, hybrid role based in Winter Park, FL, with flexibility for some work from home. In this position, the Realtor Associate will help clients buy, sell, and lease residential and, where applicable, commercial properties, guiding them through the full transaction process from initial consultation to closing. Daily responsibilities include prospecting and nurturing leads, conducting property showings, preparing and reviewing contracts, performing market analyses, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and listings.

The role also involves coordinating property marketing activities, such as online listings, open houses, and social media outreach, while collaborating with colleagues, lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure smooth transactions. The Realtor Associate is expected to stay informed about local market trends, neighborhood developments, and regulatory changes to provide accurate, ethical, and timely advice to clients.

• Candidates should possess skills and knowledge in Real Estate and Residential Real Estate, including local market familiarity and client representation.
• Candidates should possess skills related to Commercial Real Estate, with the ability to understand lease structures and investment potential for business properties.
• Candidates should possess skills in Property Management, including basic understanding of tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and rental market dynamics.
• Candidates should possess skills in Investments, with the ability to assess property value, returns, and long-term portfolio considerations.
• Active or eligible real estate license in the state of Florida.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills, with a commitment to fair and ethical client service.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple listings, and use real estate CRM and listing platforms effectively.
• Reliable transportation for property visits and client meetings in and around Winter Park, FL.
