Signature Companies is seeking self-motivated Field Inspectors to perform on-site High Value Property surveys in the Los Angeles area, including Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, and West Hollywood. Work from your home office and travel to properties as scheduled.
As a 1099 independent contractor, you manage your own calendar, coordinate with homeowners and agents, and report findings through Signature's Loss Control 360 system. Prior underwriting or appraisal exposure is a plus.
