• Assist clients in identifying properties that meet their specific needs and budget.

• Facilitate communication between buyers, sellers, and other relevant parties.
• Prepare property documentation and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support throughout the transaction process.
• Stay updated on real estate trends and market dynamics in Kwa Zulu-Natal .
• Generate leads and expand the client base through networking and digital outreach.
• Ensure compliance with all real estate regulations and company policies.

• A relevant real estate qualification and a valid Fidelity Fund Certificate (FFC).
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate sales or consulting.
• Strong understanding of the property market, particularly in the Durban area.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
