• Proven experience as a Real Estate Agent, Negotiator, or similar role.
• Demonstrable success in negotiating and closing real estate deals.
• Excellent understanding of the South African property market, particularly in Gauteng .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant real estate technologies.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• A valid driver's license and readiness to travel occasionally for property viewings or client meetings.
• Relevant real estate qualifications or certifications are advantageous.
