Real Estate Development Project Manager; Remote

This critical role will oversee diverse real estate development projects from inception through to completion, ensuring timely delivery, adherence to budget, and exceptional quality standards. • Manage all phases of real estate development projects, including planning, design, permitting, financing, construction, and closeout, with a focus on projects impacting or related to markets like East London .
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Coordinate and collaborate effectively with architects, engineers, consultants, general contractors, and other third-party vendors.
• Oversee the bidding and selection process for contractors and service providers.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring adherence to approved plans, specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
• Secure necessary permits, approvals, and entitlements from relevant authorities.
• Manage project risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Facilitate regular project status meetings with internal teams and external stakeholders, providing clear and concise updates.
• Ensure effective communication channels are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Review and approve invoices and payment applications related to construction and development activities.

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, or a related field.
• A Master's degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in real estate development project management or construction management.
• Proven track record of successfully managing diverse real estate development projects from concept to completion.
• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, building codes, and project management principles.
• Excellent financial acumen, including experience with budgeting, cost control, and contract negotiation.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Procore) and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment.
• A proactive approach to identifying and resolving potential project challenges.
