• Identify and secure new development opportunities, conducting thorough site analysis and feasibility assessments.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and mentor a team of professionals, including architects, engineers, project managers, and sales teams.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including investors, government authorities, contractors, and consultants.
• Navigate complex zoning, permitting, and regulatory processes.
• Develop detailed project budgets, financial forecasts, and secure project financing.
• Oversee marketing and sales strategies for completed developments.
• Stay informed about market trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in real estate development.
• Represent the company in a professional and effective manner, embodying its commitment to innovation and excellence in the Gauteng region.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Property Development, Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in real estate development, with a significant portion in a leadership or management capacity.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use development projects from conception to completion.
• Strong financial acumen, including experience with project financing, budgeting, and investment analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, leadership, and project management skills.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities, essential for remote leadership.
• Ability to think strategically and solve complex problems creatively.
• Experience in the Centurion property market is a significant advantage.
