Remote Junior Real Estate Analyst

This position is crucial for supporting the acquisitions and development teams by conducting thorough market research, financial analysis, and due diligence on potential real estate projects. • Assist in sourcing and identifying potential real estate investment and development opportunities.
• Conduct market research and analysis, including demographic studies, competitor analysis, and site assessments.
• Perform financial analysis for potential projects, including creating pro forma statements, evaluating returns, and conducting sensitivity analyses using Excel.
• Support the due diligence process by gathering and organizing property-related information, lease abstracts, and market data.
• Prepare investment memos, reports, and presentations under the guidance of senior team members.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (brokers, consultants) in a remote collaboration setting.
• Maintain and update databases of potential acquisitions, market data, and comparable sales.
• Assist in tracking the performance of existing assets and projects.

• A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-3 years of experience in real estate, finance, investment analysis, or a related analytical role.
• Relevant internships are highly valued.
• Strong financial modeling skills in Excel, with a solid understanding of valuation concepts.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, suitable for a remote work environment.
• High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and proactively in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with real estate terminology and market dynamics is a plus.
