Property Management Specialist; Fully Remote

• Support property management operations remotely as an Enhanced Services Specialist for a Seattle-based real estate company.
• Act as a key liaison between prospects, residents, and onsite property teams to ensure a smooth experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to prospect and resident inquiries through email and CRM platforms with timely, professional communication.
• Handle lead follow-ups, schedule virtual and in-person tours, and assist with leasing and application workflows.
• Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and escalate urgent issues to the appropriate teams.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, property management, leasing, or administrative support.
• Excellent written English and strong communication skills with intermediate Microsoft Office 365 proficiency.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with reliable internet and availability during U.S. Pacific Time hours.
• Fully remote role involving frequent written communication and virtual meetings with property teams.
• Requires dependable attendance and a professional home workspace.
