Job Description
Research Scientist (Biology) – Train AI models by evaluating chatbot responses and solving biological problems to improve model quality. Requires an expert level of biology; related fields include Biochemistry.

- Present complex biology questions to AI chatbots and evaluate their outputs
- Assess the quality produced by AI models for correctness and performance
- Fluency in English (native or bilingual level)
- Detail‑oriented
- Understanding of cell biology, genetics, biochemistry, and experimental methods
- Masters and/or PhD (current, in progress, or completed) preferred but not required
Payment is made via Pay Pal. We will never ask you to pay anything. Pay Pal handles currency conversions from USD. Only applicants in the United States will be considered. This is an independent contract position.
