We are expanding our team and seeking a Research Consultant with strong quantitative skills to join our dynamic and fast‑paced company. This role is ideal for professionals with minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, a strong foundation in social sciences research methods, who are eager to contribute to high‑impact projects. Based in either Barcelona or Milan, you will work within a multidisciplinary team to tackle critical policy challenges and support evidence‑based policy making.
Responsibilities

Conduct literature reviews and desk research.
Design, monitor, and conduct interviews and surveys.
Analyse quantitative and qualitative data.
Prepare presentations and research briefs.
Draft text for research proposals and deliverables.
Contribute to the design and implementation of evaluation and impact assessments.
Identify proposal requirements, including administrative documents.

Qualifications and Requirements

Master’s degree in Economics, Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology, or Social Sciences (or closely related fields).
Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to present complex ideas concisely.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
EU policy knowledge.
Proficiency in English with professional/academic experience.
EU work permit.
Minimum 2 years of experience in EU public policy consultancy or research.

Experience with digital policies is a plus.
