What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Support qualitative data collection and analysis for research projects
  • Assist in developing social media content and visual materials to share research findings

  • Maintain research article databases for project organization
  • Provide organizational support for meetings and events related to research initiatives
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Associate’s degree and up to 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination
  • Interest in climate change, aging, and public health topics
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience with qualitative research methods and data analysis
  • Familiarity with social media outreach platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook)
  • Knowledge of design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience coordinating events or meetings in academic or community settings
  • Familiarity with New York State regional dynamics and community engagement
