Clinical Research, Medical Technologist & Lab Technician
DCN Dx is looking for a Clinical Trials Assistant to join DCN on-site for a 6-Month Temp to Perm assignment.
SummaryThe Clinical Trials Assistant will support the Clinical Research Services team in the management of clinical studies.
Responsibilities- Support filing of study documents and ensure adequate supply to study sites.
- Maintain inventories for study supplies and perform monitoring tasks as delegated.
- Manage inventory of investigational product and ensure sites are properly supplied.
- Manage documentation for clinical trials.
- Review clinical data for accuracy and raise queries as needed.
- Work with Clinical Research Associates and Clinical Trial Managers to ensure day-to-day operations for studies are adequate.
- Interface with Data Management and Biostatistics.
- Perform other tasks and duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
- Associate’s degree or equivalent.
- Industry experience as a Clinical Trials Assistant or in a lab or clinical environment preferred.
- Basic knowledge of all Microsoft Office products and proficiency in desktop publishing software, database programs, and internet research skills.
- Polished professional with strong interpersonal, presentation, grammatical, spelling, proofreading, telephone etiquette, and social skills.
- Diplomatic and discreet handling of sensitive and confidential matters with honesty, integrity, and sound judgment.
- Good organizational, problem‑solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities, projects, and workflow.
- Attention to detail and commitment to excellence and high standards.
- Ability to work effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels.
- Ability to work on projects with general direction and minimal guidance, managing multiple priorities to completion in a timely manner.
- Versatility, creativity, flexibility, and willingness to work within changing priorities with enthusiasm.

This position has no direct supervision responsibility.
Work EnvironmentThis job operates in a professional laboratory and office environment, as needed. This is an in‑house position and will be required to report to the DCN Dx headquarters. Some remote work may be acceptable.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to see, talk, and hear. The employee is also required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or feel, and reach with hands and arms.
Position Type/Expected Hours of WorkThis position is full‑time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week.
TravelTravel is not anticipated.
