Alignerr – Remote contract position for Master’s in Chemistry or related fields. Earn up to $55/hr, flexible weekly hours, 10–40 hrs/week.

Alignerr partners with leading AI research teams to build and train state‑of‑the‑art AI models. In this role you will fine‑tune large language models (e.g., ChatGPT) using chemistry knowledge, designing problems, evaluating AI outputs and collaborating with researchers to improve benchmarks.

• Design advanced chemistry problems to test AI performance across chemical engineering, biochemistry, and other advanced domains.
• Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning quality.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks from undergraduate to Master’s‑level chemistry topics.

• Master’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Strong chemistry reasoning and problem‑solving skills in advanced domains.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in writing and provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required.

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
