We are seeking a skilled and customer-oriented Field Service Engineer to provide both onsite and remote service and support for our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and maintain Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) instruments
, ensuring optimal system performance. You will also collaborate with various teams to enhance service quality and customer experience.

• Conducting installations, upgrades, routine maintenance, diagnostics and repair of laboratory equipment;
• Communication with customers;
• Consulting company employees on equipment;
• Performing administrative tasks within the specified time frames and informing the manager about any difficulties that arise; strict adherence to quality regulations;
• Accounting for used spare parts;
• Filling out and submitting service reports, ensuring data accuracy, working in the CRM system;
• Interacting with customer service specialists to ensure the best quality of support;
• Compliance with the company's rules in the field of discipline and communication ethics.

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or another technical discipline;
• 3 years of experience in the repair, maintenance, and diagnostics of medical equipment, preferably laboratory equipment.
• Ability to find solutions to complex technical problems of customers;
• Ability to prioritise and manage assigned service tasks within a limited time;
• Skills in working and interacting in a cross‑functional team;
• Knowledge of the local language is mandatory, along with good English skills (both written and verbal);
• Ready for travelling 80%.
