At Alignerr, we partner with leading AI research teams and labs to build and train advanced AI models. In this role you will help fine‑tune large language models using your chemistry expertise.

• Design advanced chemistry problems to test AI performance (e.g., chemical engineering, biochemistry).
• Develop clear, step‑by‑step solutions with rigorous logic.
• Evaluate AI outputs for accuracy and reasoning quality.
• Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks across undergraduate to Masters-level chemistry topics.

• Master’s in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or related field (pursuing or completed).
• Strong chemistry reasoning and problem‑solving skills across advanced domains.
• Excellent written communication and ability to provide structured feedback.
• No AI experience required.

• Experience with data annotation, data quality, or evaluation systems.
