Biology Expert (Remote)
Engagement: Hourly contract (independent contractor)
Rate: USD 20-30/hour
Location:
Remote – candidates based in the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Europe, Singapore, Dubai, or Australia who are legally able to work as independent contractors in their jurisdiction.
We are hiring for one of our clients, a leading AI research organization, seeking highly qualified biology experts to support a high-impact AI research initiative. This role focuses on evaluating AI-generated outputs in biological and biomedical domains for scientific accuracy and rigor.
Role Overview
As a Biology Labeling Expert, you will assess AI-generated content across molecular, cellular, organismal, biomedical, and interdisciplinary biological sciences. Your evaluations will ensure conceptual correctness, depth, and reliability in AI reasoning and output.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate AI-generated content for scientific accuracy, conceptual rigor, and depth in biology and biomedical domains
Review outputs related to experimental design, data interpretation, and theoretical frameworks
Identify factual errors, reasoning mistakes, and conceptual misunderstandings
Benchmark AI performance on advanced biological and interdisciplinary research problems
Work independently and asynchronously using proprietary evaluation tools
Required Qualifications
PhD candidate/recipient or Master's degree in Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, or a closely related field
Strong command of graduate-level biological concepts, experimental reasoning, and data interpretation
Excellent analytical and written communication skills
Legally authorized to work as an independent contractor in India
Engagement Details
Part-time: 20 hours per week
Fully remote, flexible schedule
Compensation paid weekly via approved payment platforms
Projects may be extended, shortened, or concluded early based on needs and performance
