An opportunity is available for a Research Ops Lead to support the effective delivery of user centred research across a large scale digital service. This role focuses on building strong research operations capability, improving access to insight, and enabling delivery teams to make evidence‑led decisions  
Research Ops Lead will play a central role in strengthening research governance, tooling, and processes.

• As a Research Ops Lead
  , you will create and publish regular user research reporting, including a monthly NHS App research report.
• You will own and manage the user research panel, including refresh activity and strategies to improve engagement.
• You will design and execute engagement approaches for priority audiences, including seldom heard users and those with accessibility needs.
• You will plan and support user research activities such as diary studies, usability testing, and user interviews.
• You will own and continuously improve the NHS App User Needs repository to ensure it remains useful and accessible for delivery teams.
• You will manage and maintain research assets such as consent templates and standards.
• You will continuously improve Research Ops processes and lead a Research Ops Analyst.

• Strong experience in research operations within digital or service design environments.
• Proven ability to support multiple delivery teams with user research activity.
• Experience managing research panels and research governance.
• Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
