Research Manager

You are a Research Manager with a few years of work experience, primarily involved in research. You will work on various research projects from start to finish, from identifying and translating customer needs into a research design to writing and presenting the research results. You will proactively communicate with the client about the progress and coordination of operational aspects of the project.

Throughout the entire process, you will work with a senior colleague with whom you can brainstorm and whom you can ask for advice.

• You will handle research requests and conduct client interviews;
• You write proposals and quotes and read along with those of colleagues;
• You will conduct investigations, analyze and report;
• You maintain an excellent relationship with the client;
• You will spread your expertise with blogs and knowledge sessions, challenge colleagues and mentor juniors;
• You make contributions to your team's business plans.

• You have approximately 3 to 4 years of experience in market research;
• You are highly skilled in project management;
• You are strongly customer‑oriented and have a commercial drive;
• You are proactive, eager to learn and ambitious;
• You are excellent in Dutch and good in English.
