What You'll Do
Design challenging, rigorous chemistry problems across domains such as chemical engineering, biochemistry, organic chemistry, and physical chemistry
Develop clear, step-by-step solutions with logically sound reasoning that AI models can learn from
Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, depth of reasoning, and quality
Collaborate with researchers to refine benchmarks and evaluation frameworks spanning undergraduate to Master's-level content
Provide structured, expert feedback that directly improves how AI models handle scientific reasoning
Who You Are
Currently pursuing or have completed a Master's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Biochemistry, or a closely related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced chemistry domains
Able to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly and precisely in writing
Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and logical rigor
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently and asynchronously
No prior AI experience required
Nice to Have
Experience with data annotation, data quality assessment, or evaluation systems
Familiarity with AI language models or scientific benchmarking
Background spanning multiple chemistry sub-disciplines
