Online Research Analyst

• Participate in client meetings to understand business needs and ensure alignment of research objectives.
• Manage research projects end-to-end in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are met.
• Contribute to research design, including methodology development and questionnaire creation.
• Lead data analysis, interpret results, and develop clear and actionable insights.
• Contribute to the development of proposals (RFPs), including research design inputs, questionnaire development, and supporting materials.
• Ensure quality control throughout all stages of the project, including data validation and final deliverables.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Sociology, Psychology, Business, or related discipline).
• 3 to 5 years of experience in market research or a related field.
• Strong experience in data analysis, interpretation, and report writing.
• Experience managing research projects and working with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency with research and data analysis tools.
• Proficiency with project management, including the ability to manage multiple research projects simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery.
• Proficiency with client management, including supporting client interactions and developing relevant research solutions.
• Basic technical and automation skills, including effective use of digital and AI tools, strong critical thinking, problem solving, adaptability, curiosity, and continuous learning agility.
• Bilingualism (English/French) is an asset.
