Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor junior clinical trial associates

• Create and manage site start-up documents

• Ensure compliance through review of study protocols

• Conduct remote monitoring of clinical trials

• Collaborate with multiple stakeholders at study sites
Requirements:

• B.S. or RN in Biological Sciences is preferred

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in clinical trials

• Familiarity with clinical trial management systems

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

• Must be authorized to work in Canada
