We are partnering with a global, innovation-led biopharmaceutical organisation to find a Neuroscience Specialist/Project & Partnerships Coordinator to join their Neuroscience Search & Evaluation team.
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of science, business development, and external innovation, helping identify and assess breakthrough therapies and technologies.
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative, international team working across the UK and US (including Boston, New York, and Indianapolis), supporting the evaluation and progression of cutting‑edge opportunities in neuroscience.
What You’ll Be DoingIn this role, you’ll act as a central coordinator ensuring smooth delivery of external innovation evaluations:
- Manage agreements (e.g. Confidentiality Agreements, Material Transfer Agreements)
- Liaise with legal and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance and timely execution
- Schedule and coordinate cross‑functional meetings
- Collate data, produce reports, and develop presentation materials
- Drive operational excellence
- Maintain accurate records within evaluation and reporting systems
- Manage information flow across global stakeholders
- Ensure timelines and deliverables are tracked effectively
- Enhance processes through innovation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows and introduce AI tools
- Support adoption of new technologies (e.g. generative AI tools)
- BSc in a relevant scientific field (e.g. Neuroscience, Pharmacology, Biochemistry)
- Experience in project coordination, project management, or data management within pharma, biotech, or a related environment
- Proven ability to work in matrixed, cross‑functional teams
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- MSc or certifications (e.g. Project Management, PMP)
- Understanding of the drug development process
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build internal networks
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, generative AI platforms)
- Flexible hybrid or remote working (UK‑based)
- Occasional travel or attendance at meetings across time zones
- Collaborative, fast‑paced, and innovation‑driven environment
- Work on cutting‑edge neuroscience innovation
- Collaborate with global leaders in R&D and business development
- Gain exposure to external partnerships, deal evaluation, and strategic decision‑making
