Overview
Mercor invites STEM PhD experts to work remotely as consultants, enhancing AI model training and research.
This contract position is suitable for individuals with a solid STEM background from US, UK, Canadian, or European universities. Candidates will develop complex AI-focused problems, evaluate outputs, and collaborate with leading AI research teams. Engage in independent work while dedicating 15–20 hours per week to project milestones.
Key Responsibilities- Create challenging scenarios for AI model development
- Analyze and refine AI model outputs rigorously
- Cooperate with AI teams for enhanced training data
- Deliver work independently to adhere to schedules
- Influence AI future with relevant expertise
- PhD in STEM from recognized universities
- Robust focus on detail is a must
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proficient in English is necessary
- Contract role with adaptable hours
