Position: Clinical Research Associate (Sponsor-Dedicated)

Work Mode: Home-Based with Site Monitoring

Minimum Experience: 2+ years

Responsibilities

Conduct site initiation, monitoring & close-out visits
Ensure compliance with protocol, ICH-GCP & regulations
Track regulatory submissions & enrollment progress
Prepare monitoring reports & documentation
Collaborate with global clinical study teams

Qualifications & Skills

Degree in Life Sciences / Healthcare preferred
2+ years on-site monitoring experience
Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP & regulatory requirements
Protocol & therapeutic area understanding
Strong communication & organizational ability

Candidates should have clinical monitoring experience and strong GCP knowledge. Understanding regulatory compliance and site management improves selection chances.
