Qualitative Research Analyst, DataNB

Position: Qualitative Research Analyst, Hybrid Role with DataNB
Join DataNB in Fredericton as a Qualitative Research Analyst. Engage in critical research projects that require strong qualitative and mixed methods expertise.
In this full-time, one-year term position, you will assist Principal Investigators throughout the research process. Your focus will be on coordinating qualitative projects, writing reports, and managing data validation procedures. You will also have an active role in mentoring research assistants and communicating findings to stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the development of research protocols and ethics documents

• Validate and manage qualitative and mixed methods data sets

• Assist with project timelines and deliver research outputs

• Facilitate communication of research results to teams

• Deliver presentations to stakeholders on project findings
Requirements:

• Graduate Degree in Education, Social Sciences, or related field

• 3-5 years of qualitative research experience necessary

• Bilingualism in English and French mandatory

• Experience with qualitative analysis software like NVivo

• Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills
