Alignerr is seeking a PhD-level biochemist to design and refine novel scientific models for AI applications. This hourly contract role allows a commitment of 10–40 hours per week, focusing on key areas such as nucleic acid chemistry, proteomics, and structural biology. Your analytical writing skills will play a pivotal role in authoring gold-standard solutions for AI evaluation and improving model performance through structured feedback.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design complex biochemistry problems for AI stress-testing
• Author rigorous, gold-standard solutions for scientific reasoning
• Audit AI-generated biochemical pathways for accuracy
• Refine AI reasoning by identifying logical errors
• Contribute to high-impact AI projects with research labs
Requirements:
• PhD in Biochemistry or closely related field
• Strong foundational knowledge in structural biology or enzymology
• Detail-oriented with precision in chemical reviews
• Excellent analytical writing skills
• No AI experience required
