The Faculty of Social Work is seeking a Research Coordinator to support research activities primarily in Calgary or Edmonton with a significant remote work component. Candidates should possess extensive experience in systematic reviews and demonstrate an interest in neurodiversity. Essential skills include strong interpersonal abilities and expertise in training students to ensure successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and lead research team meetings with diverse participants
• Supervise research assistants and manage project deadlines
• Ensure adherence to study protocols and manage documentation
• Conduct data collection and literature search strategies
• Prepare reports and translate findings into publications
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in social work is mandatory
• Minimum 3 years in research management
• Experience in qualitative data analysis and interviews
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Covidence tools
