As part of the SOAR Clinical Trial team, you will play a critical role in enhancing knee health post-ACL tear in young athletes. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee data collection, ensuring participant communication

• Manage REDCap distributions, tracking data effectively

• Maintain organized study records and materials

• Facilitate communication within the research team

• Train and support research assistants

Requirements:

• Competence in Microsoft Office and online communication tools

• Relevant experience in clinical or research settings

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Organizational skills to manage multiple responsibilities

• Experience with participant recruitment is a plus
