Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit and coordinate study participants effectively

• Collect and maintain study-related data and quality control

• Support grant preparations and manuscript submissions

• Prepare correspondence and manage research documentation

• Train and mentor new research staff and students

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree with relevant 1 year of experience

• Knowledge of research ethics and study protocols

• Strong background in data management tools

• Preferred or completed TCPS CORE 2 certification

• Effective communication skills for team collaborations
