Drive excellence in clinical research with Indero as a Remote Clinical Trial Manager II for Dermatology and Rheumatology in Canada. Oversee trial operations, CRAs, and ensure quality deliverables.
Indero seeks an experienced Clinical Trial Manager II with a strong background in clinical research. This remote role emphasizes oversight of clinical sites, ensuring quality monitoring, and training of CRAs. You will be instrumental in identifying quality issues, reviewing site performance, and developing essential monitoring tools.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage clinical monitoring to meet Sponsor’s quality deliverables
• Identify and address site performance quality issues
• Guide and mentor CRAs and Lead CRAs
• Conduct project-specific training for new CRAs
• Develop monitoring tools and site visit reports
Requirements:
•
B.Sc. in clinical research or relevant field
• Minimum 8 years of clinical research experience
• 2 years in a Lead CRA or Clinical Team Leader role
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP standards
• Fluent in English;
French is a plus
Lead clinical trials effectively while collaborating with CRAs and stakeholders in this rewarding remote position.
