• Review graduate-level materials science problems and simulated research environments to produce high-quality training data for frontier LLMs
• Two parallel work streams: evaluate individual STEM QA tasks (clarity, ground truth, grading soundness) and assess multi-trajectory simulated research environments for scientific realism and construction quality
• Render structured Accept / Revise / Reject verdicts with concrete written justifications via standardized review forms
• Self-select problems within your domain expertise on a 48-hour lease model fully async and schedule-flexible
• ~2.5 reviews per week (~2 4 hours per review); 3-week engagement running 6/5 6/25
• Paid weekly via Stripe or Wise as an independent contractor

• MS or PhD in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated ability to independently verify ground truth solutions for graduate-level materials problems
• Evaluate grading methodology for robustness and identify flaws in task construction or scoring logic
• Read and critically summarize model agent trajectories, distinguishing high-quality from low-quality rollouts
• Strong scientific reasoning with clear, precise written communication for structured feedback
• Comfortable working independently within a defined review framework and meeting 48-hour task windows
