Translational Research in Oncology (TRIO) is seeking a Senior Clinical Research Associate to join our Monitoring Resources team. This remote freelance role is a 12‑month contract based in Italy, reporting to a CRA Line Manager.
You will conduct site visits (pre‑study to termination), ensure FDA/ICH‑GCP compliance, manage regulatory docs, verify source data, and participate in budget follow‑ups while mentoring junior CRAs.
