Lead UX Researcher

Position: Lead UX Researcher Hybrid Role
Join IPEX as a Lead UX Researcher in a hybrid role based in Oakville, ON. This leadership position focuses on embedding customer insights into innovative product designs.

As a key driver of IPEX's UX Research function, you will provide strategic guidance while managing a team of researchers. With at least 5 years of research experience, your skills will help mitigate risks in product development and guide usability improvements. You will leverage both qualitative and quantitative methods to inform design decisions and enhance user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead user research initiatives for innovative products

• Apply mixed-methods to gather actionable insights

• Mentor and manage UX Researcher reports

• Define project scopes and coordinate resources

• Proactively support IPEX's strategic innovation goals

Requirements:

• 5+ years in qualitative and quantitative research

• Master’s degree in social science or related discipline

• Proven experience in user-centered design application

• Knowledge of qualitative data analysis platforms

• Strong analytical and collaborative skills
