The role can be based in Europe or NOAM and will lead our Dairy Enzymes portfolio within the Nutrition segment of Food Biosciences. Be part of a motivated, passionate, and open‑minded team where together we can achieve greatness and make a real impact. Your potential is our inspiration.

• Own the global dairy enzymes portfolio, including SKU optimization, lifecycle management, and strategic positioning.
• Develop and manage the innovation pipeline in collaboration with R&D, Applications, and Commercial teams.
• Drive profitability and growth through pricing strategies, cost management, and value creation.
• Lead cross‑functional teams to execute successful product launches, including go‑to‑market planning, training, and post‑launch evaluation.
• Support key customer interactions, co‑development initiatives, and technical troubleshooting.
• Contribute to long‑term strategy for dairy enzymes, identifying market trends, competitive insights, and growth opportunities.
• Work closely with Regulatory, Supply Chain, Sales, and Marketing to ensure alignment and execution.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Food Science, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in product management, preferably in enzymes or dairy applications.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and innovation portfolios.
• Strong understanding of dairy processing technologies and enzyme functionalities (e.g., lactases, proteases, coagulants).
• Experience in global customer engagement and market launches.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
• Willingness to travel internationally (~30%).

• Experience in enzyme manufacturing or dairy production.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks for food enzymes.
• Strategic mindset with ability to influence across functions and geographies.
• Multilingual capabilities are a plus.
