Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with tertiary institutions and research organisations to conduct applied research, particularly in Human Factors Engineering (HFE).
- Conduct research in areas such as Man-Machine Interface (MMI) and Cognitive Task Analysis
. - Apply research findings to develop design parameters for new platforms and enhance existing platforms.
- Derive live-virtual training mixes for platform training.
- Singapore Citizen.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Factors Engineering, STEM, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in Human Factors Engineering, STEM, or related fields.
- Experience collaborating with industry partners on research and testing projects.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent report writing and English communication skills.
1 year contract (Immediate)
Require to work 8 hours per day, 5 days a week, with up to 2 days work-from-home available
