Senior Manager (Research) x1
Salary: $10,000/month
Contract: 1-Year Contract (Immediate – 30 Jun 2027)
Work from Home: Up to 2 WFH days/week | 8 hours/day, 5-day work week
Requirements- Singapore Citizen
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Factors Engineering, STEM or related field
- At least 5 years' relevant research experience
- Experience collaborating with industry partners on research/testing
- Strong English communication and report writing skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Conduct applied research in Human Factors Engineering (HFE)
- Perform research in Man-Machine Interface (MMI) & Cognitive Task Analysis
- Develop design parameters for new and existing platforms
- Work with tertiary and research institutions
- Derive live-virtual training mix for platform training
