Synthesia is seeking a Staff Research Engineer to join our R&D team of 40+ researchers and engineers. You will work on cutting-edge generative AI challenges, focusing on avatar-centric interactive video diffusion models with global usage for 60,000+ businesses.
You’ll adapt diffusion models, improve lip-sync and motion realism, build evaluation frameworks, and collaborate with data teams to ensure high-quality datasets.
