The successful candidate will engage in senior-level evaluation, research, analysis, and technical writing. Leveraging your extensive experience, you'll support strategies, policies, and programs related to personnel management modernization. You'll ensure effective stakeholder engagement while translating complex content into accessible formats.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of organizational strategies and frameworks

• Validate and compile publications in accordance with guidelines

Requirements:

• Master's or PhD in relevant fields

• Proven track record in developing performance measurement frameworks

• Active Secret Clearance required
