Remote Market Research Analyst Contract

Location: Walkerton

Join Walkerton Clean Water Centre as a Market Research Analyst on a contract.

Your role involves conducting surveys and providing valuable insights for growth strategies.

This position offers a 37.5 hours per week schedule and the possibility of remote work. Engaging directly with customers, you'll assess needs and provide critical data for strategic planning. Your responsibilities will include creating reports and facilitating qualitative sessions to gather insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft and manage surveys using Voxco software

• Analyze data and prepare reports suitable for a non-technical audience

• Facilitate Voice of Customer sessions, both in-person and online

• Develop participant recruitment strategies for VoC projects

• Stay updated on internal management communications

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Marketing Research, or related field

• At least one year of experience in research projects

• Proficient with qualitative and quantitative methodology

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Valid driver's license and personal access to transportation
