About the Opportunity
Our client is a well-established global Contract Research Organisation (CRO) with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality clinical trials across a broad range of therapeutic areas. Due to continued growth within their oncology portfolio, they are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to support Phase II–IV studies, with a particular focus on Solid Tumour Oncology.

Key Responsibilities

Independently manage investigative sites across Northern Italy.
Conduct Site Selection, Site Initiation, Monitoring and Close-Out Visits.
Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP, protocol requirements and applicable regulatory guidelines.
Build strong relationships with investigators and site personnel.
Monitor patient recruitment, data quality and protocol compliance.
Review source documentation and resolve data queries.
Support study timelines whilst maintaining the highest quality standards.
Collaborate closely with Clinical Trial Managers and cross-functional project teams.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of independent CRA monitoring experience within a CRO, sponsor or biotech environment.
Strong experience monitoring Solid Tumour Oncology clinical trials.
Good understanding of ICH-GCP and European clinical trial regulations.
Experience across Phase II–IV clinical studies is advantageous.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
Fluent Italian and English.
