In this Agronomist AGH Solanaceae position, based in Leamington, you will support the Global Technical Expert in executing trials and evaluating various crop management insights. This role emphasizes collaboration with technical experts and breeders to establish best practices that promote farmers' success across multiple regions, including Canada and Japan.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct PLC6 trials in controlled glasshouse environments

• Analyze trial protocols for accuracy and effectiveness

• Collect and document essential trial data

• Prepare detailed technical reports and presentations

• Facilitate communication between stakeholders and grower teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Horticulture, Plant Science, or equivalent

• Proven experience in protected cultivation practices

• Understanding of greenhouse production systems

• Knowledge of climate control and crop management tech

• Data collection skills are essential
