This entry-level, contractor role requires a PhD student or postdoc in Physics or Applied Physics. Researchers will employ analytical skills to tackle physics problems across diverse topics. Strong communication for articulating complex ideas and independence in a remote environment are essential for success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Fine-tune large language models for physics understanding
• Solve advanced multi-step quantitative physics problems
• Evaluate model weaknesses and training workflows
• Collaborate in discussions with a global research team
• Provide clear feedback and explanations of complex topics
Requirements:
• Enrolled in or completed a PhD/Postdoc in Physics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent work capability in remote settings
• Access to reliable computer and internet
• Ability to commit 20-40 hours per week
