Become a pivotal part of RBC Capital Markets as a Supervisory Analyst working flexible remote hours. This role primarily covers North American evenings, ensuring compliance in equity and commodity research.
As a full-time Supervisory Analyst, you will review vital research materials for compliance with global regulations. The position demands strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools for managing projects across varied deadlines. Collaborate with global staff to ensure precise distribution of research products and provide essential guidance on operational issues.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review research materials for compliance with guidelines
• Coordinate formatting and production of research outputs
• Manage projects to meet tight deadlines
• Partner with Research Management for daily operational support
• Ensure effective communication across global teams
Requirements:
• FINRA Series 16 license required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Experience as an equity analyst preferred
• Flexible working hours during earnings season
