Our client is actively searching for a highly skilled Remote Bioinformatics Specialist to become an integral part of their advanced scientific research and development efforts. • Analyze and interpret complex high-throughput biological data, including genomic, transcriptomic, and proteomic datasets.
• Develop, implement, and maintain bioinformatics pipelines and tools for data processing and analysis.
• Collaborate with wet-lab scientists to design experiments and interpret results effectively.
• Perform statistical analysis and data visualization to identify significant biological patterns and trends.
• Contribute to scientific publications and presentations detailing research findings.
• Manage and curate large biological databases and ensure data integrity.

• Master's or Ph.D. degree in Bioinformatics, Computer Science, Biology, or a related quantitative field.
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Python , R, or Perl.
• Experience with common bioinformatics tools and databases (e.g., BLAST, Ensembl, TCGA).
• Solid understanding of statistical methods and machine learning algorithms applied to biological data.
• Proficiency in working with cloud computing environments and version control systems (e.g., Git).
